You have a choice of shipping options at checkout. If we are shipping internationally there may be additional fees. Occasionally we will run a special with free shipping.
Returns and refunds are not available on our in-stock and custom made products except in the case of damage in transit. In this event, we will need images of the damage to the packaging and product so that we are able to file a claim with the transit company.
If you are not sure of a size or color, please contact our studio 512.447.9807 so we may assist you. In most cases we are able to ship you a small color swatch so you can be sure of your decision before you make a purchase. If a color swatch is not available due to the textile being one-of-a-kind, we are happy to email you additional images upon request before making your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com
To be eligible for a "damage in transit" refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
